• International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. GENVEX™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
• If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
• Once a packing slip is created, the order is being prepared for shipment (this does not necessarily mean it has already shipped). At this point, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
