GENVEX 90-Day Results Commitment

We stand behind GENVEX with a 90-Day Results Commitment.

Our systems are designed to support visible renewal over time. For best results, consistent use as directed is essential.

If, after 90 days of consistent use, you feel the product did not meet expectations, you may be eligible for support under the terms below.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify:

  • Your request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

  • Valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

  • Products must have been used consistently as directed.

  • The original packaging and applicator must be returned.

  • At least 50% of the product must have been used (to demonstrate genuine trial).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

All returns must receive a Return Authorization (RMA) prior to being sent back.

Refunds, exchanges, or store credit (at our discretion) are issued once the returned product has been received and inspected. Processing may take 7–10 business days.


Unused & Unopened Returns

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unopened and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
