Shipping & Delivery

All GENVEX™ orders are shipped from our warehouse in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Most orders are prepared within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During promotional periods or high-demand launches, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Once your order is packed and prepared for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Estimated Delivery Times

New Zealand: 1–3 business days
Australia: 3–7 business days
International: 7–10 business days

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or customs processing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 NZD.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

GENVEX™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Free Gifts

If your order includes a promotional gift, it may ship separately and can take up to 10 additional business days to arrive.
