60 Day Results Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you don’t see results within 60 days of receiving your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.
Note:
- Requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number) is required.
- Products must be returned with original packaging and accessories where applicable.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
- Refunds or credits are processed once the returned product is received and inspected (allow 7–10 business days).
General Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Products must be in original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- A restocking fee of $20USD (plus return shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
- A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained from our team before sending items back.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved and processed.
